摘要:青岛丰东热处理有限公司研发的软氮化+后氧化复合处理技术(FD-NCO)可以使机械零部件同时具有优良的耐磨性能和耐蚀性能,FD-NCO复合渗层是由十余微米厚的白亮层(ε相)和1~2微米厚的Fe3O4膜构成。试验结果表明,经过FD-NCO复合处理后的工件盐雾试验最高可达1200小时,处理过程无污染,完全可以取代污染严重的QPQ技术。

Application researches of the combined treatments of nitrocarburizing and post-oxidizing

Abstract: The combined treatment technology (FD-NCO) of nitrocarburizing and post-oxidizing was developed by Qingdao Fengdong Heat Treatment Company. The combined treatment can make the mechanical parts with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The combined layer was composed of more than 10μm bright white layer (ε-phase) and 1~2μm Fe3O4film. Experiment results show that the salt spray test of the parts treated by FD-NCO technology was more than 1200 hours. The FD-NCO technology was non-pollution and can completely replace the polluting QPQ technology.

上世纪60年代,德国Degussa公司首先发明了盐浴软氮化技术(Tenifer工艺),以提高机械零部件的耐磨性能,后来Degussa公司又在此基础上增加了后氧化工艺,使处理后的机械零部件不仅耐磨,而且还可以大幅度提高零件表面的耐蚀性能,这就是著名的QPQ技术[1]。
